About Lizzy Rogers:

Lizzy Rogers joined the Honors Residential College staff in June 2025 as Program Director. A Baylor Honors College alumna, she earned her BA in English and Corporate Communication in 2023, graduating as a member of the Baylor Interdisciplinary Core and the Honors Program. She recently completed her master’s degree in Higher Education Administration with a concentration in Student Affairs at Texas A&M University.

A former resident of the Honors Residential College herself, Lizzy brings firsthand experience and a strong sense of community to her role. Occasionally, she brings her husband, Jerry, and their dog, Syl, to HRC events. Outside of work, you will often find Lizzy reading a book, baking, or spending time with friends and family.  

The Role of Program Director:

Housed in the Honors College, the Program Director works collaboratively with the Faculty Steward and Residence Hall Director to develop a robust community with programs and initiatives that foster student learning and engagement. Mrs. Rogers' roles include coordinating events, advising students, directing Honors Line Camp, and supervising the operation of the Honors Residential College.
